JPOA – Publicly Recognized Organizer of Adult Education Activitie

Idego is an accredited JPOA that implements non-formal adult education programs in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia and qualification standards.

What is adult education?

Adult education in the Republic of Serbia is regulated by the Law on Adult Education and enables all persons over the age of 18 to receive education in three ways:

  • formal learning
  • informal learning
  • informal (self-initiated) learning

This system allows each individual to choose the path that best suits their needs, goals, and previous experience.

Formal adult education

It includes acquiring qualifications through primary and secondary schools for adults. Adults can register as part-time students and obtain formal degrees in accordance with official educational programs.

Non-formal adult education

It refers to training at publicly recognized organizers of adult education activities (JPOA). These programs aim to develop knowledge and skills for: work and employment, professional development, personal development, social inclusion Programs are implemented only in institutions that have earned the right to be JPOA.

Our JPOA program

Program: Managing business and official communication

Digital bookkeeping training

Existing accreditation – Bookkeeping

This program is designed to enable participants to:

  • acquiring practical knowledge in the field of bookkeeping
  • application of modern tools and digital accounting software
  • understanding of financial reporting standards
  • ability to accurately record and review financial flows

The course contains interactive lessons, practical examples, and tests, and students learn at their own pace — completely online.

Gaining confidence

Non-formal adult education programs are implemented in accordance with:

  • The Law on Adult Education (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 55/13, 88/17, 27/18 – other laws and 10/19)
  • The Law on the National Qualifications Framework (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 27/18 and 6/20)

Idego d.o.o. has acquired the status publicly recognized organizer of adult education activities (JPOA) based on the accreditation of the Qualifications Agency of the Republic of Serbia (Decision No. 610-04-059/2020/5 of November 18, 2020).

Upon completion of the program, participants receive:

Certificate of partially achieved professional competence standards

in accordance with the qualification standardFinancial administrator.
The certificate is a public document and is entered into a single register prescribed by law.

What does the process look like in the JPOA program?

Application and needs assessment
Participants fill out a questionnaire and choose a training date.
Implementation of training (online)
Lessons, workshops, tests and practical assignments.
Verification of the achievement of competencies
Final tests and practical assignments in accordance with qualification standards.
Issuance of certificates
The certificate is issued in electronic and printed form.
